Matt Shemmer has 17 years of business experience as an executive coach, defined benefits consultant, and an operations strategy expert. Matt received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and trained to be an executive coach in Northwestern’s Organization and Leadership Coaching Certification program.
Prior to becoming an executive coach, Mr. Shemmer held a number of positions with Hewitt Associates, Discover Card, and GTreasury. At GTreasury Matt designed and launched a broad-based Leadership Development program that successfully helped several members of the management team enhance their command skills positively impacting the overall results of the organization.
Matt has worked with successful leaders from a diverse range of industries including banking, credit card companies, software development organizations and human resource consulting organizations. These leaders managed a wide range of functions including marketing, finance, operations, compliance, human resources, and consulting.
Matt’s approach combines a unique ability to build rapport and trust with the client while simultaneously challenging them to see new outcomes that can be arrived at by actionable behavioral changes. By co-creating a plan with the individual that includes implementation intentions the benefits of these high impact changes are felt both by the individual and the organization rapidly and they are delivered in a way that works with the demands of busy executives.

Lynn Shemmer has over 35 years of business experience as an executive coach, human resource consultant, operations and sales and marketing executive. Prior to becoming an executive coach, Ms. Shemmer held a number of positions with Watson Wyatt Worldwide, Mercer Human Resource Consulting and Deloitte. She was National Director of Business Development for the Human Capital Business at Deloitte, Partner and Chief Marketing Officer for the Symmetrics Marketing Corporation, Vice President of Operations for Wilson Sporting Goods, and spent 10 years in various positions with the Maritz Performance Improvement Company.
Working predominately with Fortune 1000 companies and professional services firms she specializes in executive coaching for Director levels and above. She has many “C” suite clients. She frequently works with new executives and future business leaders who aspire to executive positions in their current company.
Ms. Shemmer received her MBA from Purdue University and Executive Management Certificate from the Wharton School of Business
